Kari Wuhrer was born the 28th of April, 1967. She is an American performer and singer. Wuhrer started her career when she was just a teen. She is most known for her role as Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders, as well as in the role of the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror-comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was raised in Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble, who worked as a payroll clerk, and German American Andrew Wuhrer. She has three siblings. As a teenager, she was a singer who performed in clubs, sneaking away from her family in order to perform. She is the daughter a German-American father as well as a mother from Germany. Kari has 3 siblings. Kari was a nightclub singer when she was a teenager. Kari would get away from home and perform.
